Vylia
Maps only know the drive. Calendars only know the start time.
Vylia works backwards from the door — ready buffer, drive, parking, and walk —
then keeps everyone’s live ETA in sync until the last friend lands.
know the road from where your car sits — not getting ready, finding a garage, the last walk, or anyone else in the group.
hold the slot at 15:00 and stay quiet until 14:45 — when you’re already twenty minutes too late to put your shoes on.
trade “on my way!” texts from the couch — while family trackers turn your whole week into a 24/7 pin on a map.
Vylia turns the plan into a shared logistical ticket — and tears it up when the trip is done.

Backwards-scheduled VyliaTicket + Calendar Blocker
BACKWARDS SCHEDULING
Calendars say “Dentist at 17:30.” Vylia works backwards: arrival cushion, walking from the exact parking garage, finding a spot, the drive, and 10 minutes for shoes and keys.
The result is a tactile VyliaTicket whose total is Out the door at 16:52 —
and it automatically writes both the appointment and a Driving Blocker directly to
Apple or Google Calendar.
SOCIAL EVENTS & CARPOOLS
Invite friends and the ticket flips to a shared event. The destination and kickoff time are locked for the group — but your starting point, transport mode, parking choice, and buffers stay strictly yours.
Riding together? Tap a friend in the lobby to merge into a same-car carpool: one driver broadcasts GPS, zero duplicate ghost cars on the map.
PACK LIST & BRINGABLES
Two separate lists that never mix. Your Bag is private at the door — pull in one-tap kits like Football kit or Office day when your get-ready banner expands. Unchecked items never block you from starting navigation.
For the Group lives in the event lobby: the host lists what’s needed (match ball, bibs, drinks) and guests claim, don’t get assigned.
LIVE MESH & SCHEDULE DELTA
On the expanded lobby map, stacked telemetry mini-cards show each friend’s remaining time,
arrival clock, and optional live speed. While driving, the Telemetry Deck compares your live
arrival against the time you actually meant to be there (−13 min early).
First one there? Your ticket tears at the perforation and you transition straight into Stay & Watch until the rest of the squad arrives.
SPECTATOR MODE & WATCH LINKS
Heading home late? Start a spectated drive or respond to a Come Here invite. Your navigation HUD shows who was invited versus who is actively watching, and sends quiet pushes at 10 minutes out and on arrival.
Sharing with someone who doesn’t have Vylia? Mint a Browser Watch Link: they get a live countdown card in Safari or Chrome, while our server never reads or exposes your GPS coordinates or route line.
DOORSTEP CONCEALMENT
Set separate defaults for close friends versus wider group events. In Delayed mode, Vylia trims your route polyline and holds back GPS coordinates until you’ve covered 30% of the route or 5 km (whichever is greater) — showing only your ETA until you’re well underway.
Zero-install sharing · /w/<token>
Most location links dump a raw pin onto a public web map. Vylia’s browser Watch Link is built for someone waiting at the door or dinner table who doesn’t have the app installed.

Apple CarPlay & Android Auto · Phone-as-Co-Driver
The phone owns Valhalla routing, dead-reckoning sensor fusion, and the Firebase Realtime mesh. Your car head unit mirrors the 3D MapLibre map, filled-chevron maneuvers, and your schedule delta — while your phone automatically turns into a map-free Co-Driver HUD for the social data car templates can’t fit.
When navigation starts from the car, the phone skips rendering a second 3D map and dedicates its screen to the live group leaderboard & audience strip.
Privacy & Infrastructure
Friends, family, and colleagues — not a public social feed. Location exists for the trip you are currently on, governed by strict client and server boundaries.
